Turning Point Ranch takes pride in producing horses and ponies of unique lineage and exceptional disposition. Based on the cornerstone of quality breeding stock: ( Broodmares and Stallion Services ), raised in quality surroundings with quality care, we are confident that we are achieving this goal. Our handling practices do not involve punishment as learning tools, rather “Positive Re-enforcement” through Natural horsemanship techniques. These strategies develop “natural” tendencies of horse behaviour to that of being “In - harmony” with their owner. As a result, the weanlings and yearlings that we offer have a basic trust and eagerness to learn and to please, with no ‘bad habits’ instilled in them. We strive to place our young stock in appropriate homes, when they are at an age and stage where they can adapt and bond with their owners, providing the best opportunity to forge a lifelong ‘partnership’.
